- If you are interested in a particular class which is marked as a new intake, you are advised to register with us via email as most classes have a maximum capacity of 15 people. We will also notify you once a new class is about to begin via email if you have registered.
- If there is a class which interests you but the day and time are not suitable, please inform us so that we can take you into consideration once we start a new class.
- All monthly fees are to be paid at the first week of every month. Drop-in fees are to be paid before joining the class.
- If the college is closed for holiday or public holiday on the day of the class, the class will be cancel and there will be no replacement.
- Monthly fees are only good for 4 sessions in 1 month. If there is a five session month because of an additional day, students will be charged accordingly for the extra class (e.g. Classes at RM15 a month will be charged at RM20 and so on).
- There is no registration fee – so please just come along and sign up on the spot. You’ll be admitted on to the floor once the fees are settled. If it is your first time to a particular class, you can register at the registration desk. All fees are also payable at the registration desk.
- We currently accept cash only.
- APIIT UCTI Dance Club does not refund any fee unless there is a cancellation of a class on our part.
- Refunds will normally be deducted from the next monthly fee. No cash refunds are given out.
- Students who miss classes apart from such cancellations are not entitled to a refund.
- Replacement classes are entirely subject to the discretion of the teacher and studio management as well as the availability of space and time.
- The studio management reserves the right to cancel any class at its discretion if numbers are too low to sustain it.
- The studio management and the teachers are not liable for any injury sustained in the premises.
- Dance club have the right to alter the rules and regulation but will notify in 1week.
